На одной из планет галактики был обнаружен Uniquium — ресурс, способный обеспечивать энергией цивилизацию тысячелетиями. Однако заполучить ценный материал мешает местный житель: он применяет загадочную, невиданную силу и блокирует любые попытки добычи этого ресурса. Альянс государств решает арестовать загадочного жителя планеты, и герою — почтальону Бривбареру — поручается доставить указ о его задержании. Это должно положить начало операции по нейтрализации угрозы и открыть путь к Uniquium.

A unique resource capable of providing energy to a civilization for thousands of years has been discovered on one of the planets of the galaxy. However, an inhabitant of the planet prevents them from obtaining this valuable material: he uses a mysterious, unprecedented force and blocks any attempts to extract this resource. The alliance of states decides to arrest the mysterious inhabitant of the planet, and the hero, — the postman Brivbarer, — is instructed to deliver a decree on detention. This should launch an operation to neutralize the threat and open the way to Uniquium.
